Management Style

Management Style

I have practiced the following qualities of leadership in all type of organizations, to include:

a. Identifying and understanding that every individual is different and unique in an organization.

b. Recognizing that the professionals in all organizations have different educational, career, professional and emotional foundations and experiences.

c. Knowing that the template or bookish management techniques and styles are inadequate in managing for optimal efficiency of the organization, or even in small teams.

d. Paying individual attention to professionals in the organization

e. Treating employees as professionals with due respect, and due recognition for their effort to improve, not only themselves, support and mutually mentor their colleagues, always keeping in mind the performance of the total organization.

f. Practice empowerment, as it is very powerful in creating a sense belonging to the team or organization.

g. Provide quarterly training, annual courses to improve, learn, refresh and update their skills.

h. Provide routine feedback, both positive reinforcement and suggestions for improvement.

i. Always maintain a positive and constructive outlook in the organization.

j. Recognize and reward the employees.
