1. As an executive, I managed business units and companies, many of them from few hundred million dollars to few billion dollars in revenue, valuation and variety of assets and operations of a diversity of services.

2. The business units and companies were distributed into branches and buildings nationwide, some even international.

3. The capital, real estate, equipment and intellectual property assets encompassed existing buildings, new constructions, repair, upgrade and maintenance, lands, green energy equipment and installations, warehouses, supply chain / logistics management trucks, lifts and other vehicles.

4. I have led many M&A activities, performed diligence and all types of assets covering telecom, hospitals, universities and wireless infrastructure.

5. I have prudently taken courses in intellectual property law to include patents, trademarks, copy rights and proprietary processes, which are required for corporate operations, as well as M&A valuations. I have taken and continue to take these courses, and also routinely update myself on changing regulations in IP laws in USA and other countries.

My expertise in a variety of green technologies include solar, wind, geothermal, biofuel, fuel cells, smart grid and energy savings technologies will be very useful to your college / university system.
